Jumping at Trajan's Market

Rome, italy,

After more than two years in Mauritius due to various COVID restrictions, we were finally able to fly back to Europe. We decided to make this grand and take two full months to travel around Europe.

Our first landing was in Rome where we spent a few days. We hadn't been there for many years (the last recorded jump was 13 years before!).

We spent our time running, eating delicious food (including one of the best tiramisus ever, according to J., who is veeeeeery picky) and visiting the museum city, where you cannot walk 50m without bumping into a monument.

The jump below was taken at Trajan's Market (Mercati di Traiano in Italian), a complex of ruins of a large market built by the Emperor Trajan in the early 2nd century AD. It's located on the Via dei Fori Imperiali, close to the Colosseum.
