Jumping in Walvis Bay

A few more days at sea after crossing the equator, we arrived in Walvis Bay, Namibia. It was our first time in Namibia, and our first new country since Andorra.

Walvis Bay is one of Namibia's main coastal cities. You could tell the country is big on mining as soon as we docked: the pier was lined with mining trucks and equipment, like this massive CAT dump truck.

It was the first time I'd seen those mythical trucks up close, so of course I had to jump in front of one!
