After Mauritius and Singapore, our third Parseur retreat took us to Dubai. Dubai is maybe the most convenient place for a remote team like ours to meet, since almost everybody is one direct flight away.
We spent a week brainstorming and it was just great to meet everyone in person. On Friday we took the day off and went to explore the desert. We went with Platinum Heritage, who provided an amazing experience with a ride through the dunes in a Land Rover Defender, camel rides, and a traditional Bedouin-style camp at night.

Unfortunately, when it comes to jumping, it's just me. We didn't get a group jumping picture, which is a pity in retrospect.
This week was a bit special for me too since I was moving to Dubai two months later, after 6 years in Mauritius. It was the first time I could really immerse myself in the city that would become my new home.
