Jumping in le Cap Ferrat

Le Cap Ferrat is a small peninsula located between Nice and Monaco. The area was once the domain of King Leopold II of Belgium, and is now graced with a number of magnificent villas, most notably the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.

In 2012, Cap Ferrat was named the second most expensive residential location in the world after Monaco. Fortunately, you can still enjoy the beautiful views of the Mediterranean by taking a walk around the area.
