Jumping in the Pyrénées

Summer holidays are here! This year, we rented a Volkswagen California Ocean campervan for the first time. We loved it! It's much more comfortable than a tent, drives like a car, takes minute to set up at a camping site and overall feels very homy. Something tells me it's not the last time we rent one.

We picked up our campervan up at Indie Campers in Barcelona, decided its name was Gunther, then made our way to the French riviera in Bormes-les-Mimosas where we met with J's family and my sister's family at a camping for a week. We then spent another week with my parents in 04, before heading back towards Spain for 10 days.

This, year we wanted to explorer Northen Spain so we drove through the Pyrénées. As we made our way up the mountain, the weather got colder and we started to see some snow in the distance. We were very happy we had brought layers and hats. Near the border with Andorra, we stopped at the Belvédère vallée de l'Ariège viewpoint, a perfect spot to jump. The landscape was breathtaking.
