Jumping on the Danube

Bratislava and Vienna are only 60 km away, which makes them the closest capitals in the world. The Danube River flows through both cities.

I highly recommend taking one of the boat shuttles that goes from one city to the other. They're quite cheap, and the landscape sailing on the river is gorgeous!
