I hadn't been to the Czech Republic since 2008, so I had never jumped in Czechia before! This time, we took advantage of an extended weekend to go to the Czech Rep and meet our great friend Aga, who was coming from Berlin.
We had all already been to Prague, so we wanted to do something a bit different this time. Aga came up with the idea of going to Karlovy Vary, a thermal city close to the German border. Karlovy Vary seemed to be very famous in Russia, so famous that in the city, you'll find many signs in Cyrillic and many people speaking Russian. It was quite fun.
We stayed a couple of days there, spent some time in spas, but most of the time eating goulash. At the end of the second day, it started to snow heavily, and the whole area became lovely (except for the many cars and buses stuck in the snow or that had an accident).
We then headed back to Prague for the last two days and ate some more goulash.
