Jumping in De Hoge Veluwe National Park

When you're married to a Dutchie, you sometimes have to resign yourself to camping holidays. Even in October. In the Netherlands.

This year's family camping trip took us to the Veluwe, near Apeldoorn. To be fair, the weather was better and warmer than during our camping in Castricum in May a few years ago!

J. and I rented a California Ocean campervan once more, like on our Northern Spain trip, and had a great time despite a few rain showers.

Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe is a large green area in the middle of the Netherlands, with forests, heathlands, sand dunes and plenty of hiking trails.
