Jumping al Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya

After Monaco and Provence, we spent a week on holiday in Barcelona, having a grand time. We've been there countless times before and always enjoy the city, despite the summer crowds.

This time we were in full artsy mode and visited the Picasso Museum and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya. The latter is massive and houses an extensive collection of Catalan art spanning from the Romanesque period to the mid-20th century. I really enjoyed traveling through time and history.
