I hadn't been in Czech Republic since 2008. So I had never jumped in Czechia before! This time we took advantage of an extended weekend to go to Czech Rep and meet our great friend Aga who was coming from Berlin.
We had all already been in Prague so we wanted to do something a bit different this time. Aga came up with the idea of going to Karlovy Vary, a thermal city close to the German border. Karlovy Vary seems very famous in Russia. So famous that in the city you'll find many signs in Cyrillic and many people talking Russian. Quite fun.
We stayed a couple of days there, spent some time in Spas, but most of the time eating Goulash. At the end of the second day it started to snow heavily, the whole area became lovely (except for the many cars and buses stuck in the snow or that had had an accident).
We then headed back to Prague for the last 2 days, and ate some more Goulash.
